Studio Mark Braun: Founded in Berlin in 2006 by Mark Braun, the design studio provides high-quality products in design, furniture and lighting. Besides having received numerous awards and coveted prizes, Braun and his team designed The Becher - which has found its way into bars through collaboration with Monkey 47 - and now the Monkey Tumbler, as well.
Manufaktur J. & L. Lobmeyr: This family business is now under its sixth generation of management, having been founded on Vienna's Weihburggasse by Josef Lobmeyr in 1823. Josef's son Ludwig, who showcased the company at the first world fairs, became the foremost luminary of Austrian-Bohemian glassware production. Hans Harald Rath (1938-1968) then rebuilt this industry in Austria after the Second World War while revolutionising the crystal chandelier. To this day, the family's heirs are engaged in a constant effort to expand Lobmeyr's operations and international sales as they work closely with the latest generation of young designers.

Old Fashioned
Ingredients
5 cl Monkey 47 Barrel Cut
2 dashes orange bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 sugar cube
2 cl water
Orange Zest
Preperation
Place the sugar cube in a good-sized Old Fashioned glass and let the cube absorb the bitters. Then add 2 cl of pure water and give it a good stir. Add a chunk of ice and pour in a healthy amount of Monkey 47 Barrel Cut. Give it another good, long stir. Finally, squeeze the essential oils of an orange zest over the drink. Enjoy!
